The Reports Dashboard and Benchmarking
Reports are how you turn a season of conferences into a story you can tell leadership. Conference Hero's reporting covers a single event or your whole program, with charts for capture and campaign performance, a team leaderboard, cross-event benchmarking, and exports in the formats finance actually wants.

The reports dashboard
The main dashboard pulls your data into charts you can read at a glance:
- Leads over time - a cumulative capture timeline, so you can see the booth-day spikes.
- Leads by conference, company, stage, and owner - who and what is driving your pipeline.
- Email and campaign performance - sends by conference and by type, plus campaign insights.
- Recent activity - the latest movement across leads and outreach.
Filter by conference to focus on one event, or view across all of them to see the full picture of your program.
Team leaderboard
Campaigns include a leaderboard so you can see who is capturing and following up. It turns individual effort into something visible, which is useful for both recognition and coaching. Reps see where they stand; managers see where to help.
Cross-event benchmarking
Benchmarking compares your conferences side by side, so a new event is not judged in a vacuum. Line up cost per lead, lead quality, and volume across events to see which shows are worth returning to and which are not pulling their weight. Find it under Reports → Benchmarking. Benchmarking is available on plans that include cross-event benchmarking; see plans and billing.
Exports
Numbers often need to leave the app. Export from the reports pages in:
- CSV - for your own spreadsheets and analysis.
- PDF - a formatted report to share or file.
- Excel - a workbook for finance and deeper modeling.
Exports respect your current filters, so you send exactly the slice you are looking at.
From reporting to ROI
The reports dashboard shows performance as it happens. When an event wraps, the Post-Event ROI report turns those numbers into an executive summary of return: leads, meetings, pipeline, and cost in one place, ready to share as a live link or PDF.
