The Email Editor

Conference Hero includes a rich text editor (powered by Tiptap) for composing and editing emails. The editor supports formatting, links, and personalization tokens.

Formatting Options

• Bold, Italic, Underline — Basic text formatting
• Headings — Structure your email with headings
• Lists — Bullet and numbered lists
• Links — Add hyperlinks to text
• Code blocks — For technical content

Email Templates

Templates are pre-written emails that serve as starting points. Conference Hero includes built-in templates for common scenarios:

• Hot Lead Follow-Up — Immediate, high-priority follow-up
• Warm Lead Nurture — Educational content and next-step suggestions
• Cold Lead Check-In — Gentle re-engagement for lower-priority leads

You can also create custom templates from Settings → Email Settings. Templates work with auto-send rules to generate drafts automatically.
