Lead Scoring Configuration

Conference Hero uses AI-powered lead scoring to automatically rank your leads by quality. You can customize the scoring rules to match your ideal customer profile.

How Scoring Works

Each lead receives a score from 0–100 based on weighted criteria. The score determines the lead's temperature (Hot, Warm, or Cold) and priority in the review queue.

Configuring Scoring Weights

1. Navigate to Settings in the sidebar
2. Find the Lead Scoring section
3. Adjust weights for each scoring criterion

Available Criteria

• Job Title Match — How well the lead's title matches your target persona (e.g., VP of Marketing, Director of Sales)
• Company Size — Employee count or revenue band alignment
• Industry Fit — Whether the company operates in your target verticals
• Engagement Level — Based on booth interactions, session attendance, or meeting requests
• Budget Authority — Whether the lead is a decision-maker or influencer

AI Score Breakdown

Each lead's score card shows an AI-generated breakdown explaining why the lead received its score. This transparency helps your team understand prioritization and focus follow-up efforts.
