Editing Conference Details
You can update any conference detail at any time. Navigate to Conferences, click on the conference you want to edit, and modify the fields as needed.
What You Can Edit
- Name, Location, Dates โ Update basic event information
- Lead Goal โ Adjust your target as plans evolve
- Budget โ Update the total budget allocation
- Team Assignments โ Add or remove attendees from the event
- Status โ Manually change status (e.g., archive a completed conference)
Team Assignments
Assigning team members to a conference helps with task delegation and accountability. Assigned members will see the conference in their dashboard and receive relevant notifications.
Conference KPIs
The conference detail page shows real-time KPIs including total leads captured, tasks completed, budget spent, and progress toward your lead goal. For a deeper dive, visit the Conference Dashboard Overview.
