Conference Dashboard Overview

Your Conference Dashboard

The Conference Dashboard gives you a real-time view of how your event is performing. It's accessible from the Overview page or by clicking on any active conference.

KPI Cards

At the top of the dashboard, you'll see four key metrics:

  • Total Leads — Number of leads captured so far, with progress toward your goal
  • Active Conferences — How many events are currently live or upcoming
  • Tasks Completed — Percentage of tasks marked as done
  • Budget Utilization — How much of your budget has been spent

Live Event Tracking

When a conference is in Live status (during its date range), a green "LIVE" indicator appears in the sidebar. The dashboard updates in real-time as new leads are captured and tasks are completed.

Quick Actions

From the dashboard, you can quickly:

  • View recent leads and their scores
  • Check open tasks and who they're assigned to
  • Monitor budget spend by category
  • Switch between conferences using the dropdown
