Lead Enrichment with LinkedIn Data

The LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration enriches your event leads with up-to-date profile data. When a lead is captured at a conference, Conference Hero looks up the contact on LinkedIn and pulls in their current job title, company, industry, location, and profile photo. This fills in gaps from business cards or quick badge scans and gives your team accurate information for follow-up.

This integration is available on the Team tier and requires an active LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription.

Mutual Connections and Warm Intros

For each event lead, Conference Hero surfaces shared connections between the lead and your team members. Warm introductions convert at significantly higher rates than cold outreach, so knowing that your VP of Sales shares three connections with a prospect can change your entire follow-up approach. Mutual connections are displayed on the lead profile alongside other enrichment data.

The integration also tracks social engagement signals. When a lead views your LinkedIn profile, accepts a connection request, or engages with your company's content, those signals are captured in Conference Hero and factored into the lead's engagement score. This helps your team prioritize the leads who are most active across all channels.

InMail Templates for Event Follow-Up

Conference Hero includes pre-built InMail templates designed specifically for post-event outreach. These templates reference the specific conference, any conversations or demos that took place, and include a clear call-to-action. Templates are customizable per event and per lead tier, so your team sends relevant, personalized messages instead of generic follow-ups.

InMail send tracking is logged in the lead's activity timeline for complete engagement visibility. Combined with email campaign data and meeting history, you get a full picture of every touchpoint with each prospect.
