Tracking Your Budget

The Budget page provides real-time visibility into your conference spending. Monitor actual expenses against your planned budget and identify variances early.

Budget Overview

At the top of the Budget page, you'll see:

• Total Budget — Your planned spend for the conference
• Total Spent — Sum of all approved expenses
• Remaining — How much budget is left
• Utilization % — What percentage of budget has been used

Category Breakdown

See spend broken down by category with a visual bar chart. This helps identify which categories are on track and which are over or under budget.

Budget Reports

Export budget data for your finance team or post-event analysis. The Reports Dashboard includes budget-related KPIs and the ability to export data.
