Every conference in Conference Hero can have its own landing page. Add your event branding, key details like date and venue, session highlights, and a call-to-action for attendees to register or book a meeting. Pages are hosted on your Conference Hero subdomain and are ready to share within minutes.
Standard pages are available on all tiers. Custom-branded pages with your own colors, logo, and layout options are available on Starter and above. Either way, your event gets a professional web presence without involving your design team or building anything from scratch.
Registration Form Capture
Each landing page includes an embedded registration form that captures attendee information directly into Conference Hero. Form fields are customizable, so you can collect exactly the data your sales team needs: name, email, company, job title, and any event-specific questions like "Which sessions are you attending?" or "Would you like a product demo?"
Submitted forms automatically create leads in Conference Hero, tagged with the event source and capture method. There's no manual import step. Your team sees new registrations appear in the lead list as they come in.
Visitor Tracking and Analytics
Landing page analytics show you how many people visited your event page, how long they spent on it, and how many completed the registration form. Form abandonment metrics highlight where visitors drop off, so you can optimize your page copy and form length for better conversion rates.
These analytics feed into your overall conference reporting. When you run your post-event ROI report, landing page performance is included alongside lead capture numbers and campaign metrics, giving you a complete picture of your pre-event marketing effectiveness.
